Samsung Galaxy M55s launch imminent: Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, 8GB RAM, Android 14

The Galaxy M55s appeared on various listings, including BIS, Geekbench, and Wi-Fi Alliance.

The Samsung Galaxy M55s is coming out very soon in India after its support page went live. That page highlighted the memory variant of the device, which is 8 GB. But nothing more was unveiled.

However, the smartphone appeared on various listings, including BIS and Geekbench. The BIS listing unveiled the model number SM-M558B/DS, though no key specs were shown.

On Geekbench, that same model number revealed more details. The alleged Galaxy M55s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 clocked at 2.4 GHz, paired with Adreno 644 graphics and 8 GB of RAM and running Android 14. It scored 1,003 points on single-core performance and 2,309 points on multi-core performance.

On the Wi-Fi Alliance, the device has been certified with Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 GHz capabilities.

In the meantime, check out the Galaxy M55, also powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor.
