The Home Up for One UI 7 promises maximum customization on Galaxy devices.
Samsung is now rolling out the Home Up version 16 to devices running One UI 7. The Galaxy S25 Series gets it normally but if you’re on Galaxy S24, you can go to Good Lock > module’s info page > Store > Update to get started.

1. Overhaul UI
The newest version of Home Up now sports the elements befitting One UI 7, so it no longer looks alien. It’s also more intuitive and comes with a fresh DIY Home Screen tool for maximum freedom.
2. New Customization Features
Customizing the home screen has never been better. Start with the presets of layout grids from 7×7 to 4×4 and then proceed with freehand adjustments. You’re allowed to rotate things too. Meaning, go crazy with rotated icons, folders, and widgets without losing amazing animations.
3. Home and Gesture Improvements
Customization doesn’t stop with the rotated icons and whatnot or layouts. You can also change the animation transitions, thanks to the dedicated section containing presets like Classic, Dynamic, and Elegant.

Hardcore user? Open the Advanced Tuning and fine tune the experience by tweaking specific parameters for personalized animations.
4. Edge Panel Enhancements
Edge Panel is a handy tool envied by non-Samsung users. With the new Home Up, you can now expand the grid size to add more apps and further level up your multitasking experience. Edge Panel remains invisible when you’re in immersive mode like watching a movie.
5. Task Changer Returns
It’s back! The fan-favorite Task Changer returns with Grid, Vertical List, Slim List, and Mini Mode. The Mini Mode may become a favorite choice for those who often use one-hand mode.
