Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 made its way to Geekbench recently. The chipset comes with 16GB RAM and runs on Android 14; it scored 1175 in the single-core test and 3157 in the multi-core test.
The Geekbench listing gives out a CPU configuration with a prime core frequency of 2.50GHz, tri-core performance at 2.40GHz, and quad-core efficiency at 1.80GHz. For graphics, an Adreno 810 GPU is in place. The chipset is codenamed “volcano” and bears the model number SM7635.
Performance-wise, it should still do a bit better than the previous generation’s 7s Gen 2. That said, it will be scaled below more powerful brethren like the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and 7 Gen 3 chips.
