HONOR‘s futuristic Robot Phone may finally be getting close to launch. After showing off the device at CES and MWC earlier this year without revealing its hardware, a new leak has now shared what could be its key specifications ahead of its rumored debut next month.
According to reliable tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the HONOR Robot Phone will feature a flat 6.3-inch to 6.4-inch display with a 1.5K resolution, making it a relatively compact flagship compared to many of today’s premium smartphones.
The leak also claims the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, positioning it among the next generation of flagship Android phones.
HONOR appears to be putting a strong focus on cameras with the Robot Phone.
The leak suggests the phone will feature a 200MP primary camera with 4D gimbal stabilization and an f/1.6 aperture. It will reportedly be paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera.
According to Digital Chat Station, the Robot Phone’s camera performance is expected to be on the same level as the upcoming HONOR Magic9 series, which is expected to be HONOR’s next flagship lineup.
The tipster also claims the Robot Phone could pack a battery with a capacity of around 6,000mAh.
As for pricing, no exact figures were shared. However, Digital Chat Station says the device is expected to carry a premium price tag, suggesting it will be positioned as a high-end flagship rather than a mainstream offering.
Still unofficial for now
HONOR has already confirmed that the Robot Phone will launch during the second half of 2026 after first showcasing it at CES and MWC, but the company has yet to announce an official launch date or reveal its complete specifications. Recent reports suggest the device could debut as early as August, although Honor has not confirmed that timeline.
As always, since the latest hardware details come from leaks, they should be treated as unofficial until HONOR makes the Robot Phone official.
