Infinix has officially unveiled the Hot 70 Pro, bringing a mix of eye-catching designs, gaming-focused hardware, and long-term software support. The smartphone comes with up to a 144Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, IP68 water resistance, and six different back panel finishes, including color-changing and UV-reactive options.
Six finishes, four with unique effects
One of the biggest highlights of the Hot 70 Pro is its wide range of design options. Infinix is offering the phone in six finishes, four of which feature special visual effects.
The Thermo Orange variant changes between darker and lighter shades depending on temperature. Mirage Green reacts to ultraviolet (UV) light, revealing a glowing starry-sky effect. Silk Glow Purple features embedded nanocrystal textures that create a dynamic shimmering finish, while Depth Ring White uses a 3D visual effect on the back panel.
For users who prefer a more traditional look, the phone is also available in Night Pulse (Black) and Dive Blue.
All versions weigh 205 grams, although their thickness varies slightly. The Thermo Orange, Dive Blue, and Night Pulse models measure 7.85mm, while the Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple, and Depth Ring White versions are slightly thicker at 7.95mm.
Infinix Hot 70 Pro specs
The Infinix Hot 70 Pro features a 6.76-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD with an adaptive refresh rate that can switch between 45Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, and 144Hz, depending on what’s displayed on the screen.
Powering the phone is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 5G connectivity.
Battery capacity varies by region. Depending on the market, the phone comes with either a 5,600mAh or 6,000mAh battery. Both versions support 45W wired fast charging, and Infinix includes the charger in the box.
For photography, the Hot 70 Pro is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera using a 1/1.95-inch sensor, while selfies are handled by an 8MP front camera.
The phone also includes a dedicated AI Button on the right side, powered by Infinix’s Folax AI assistant for quick access to AI features.
Another unique addition is the Active Matrix Cube LED display located on the rear panel inside what appears to be a third camera ring, giving the phone an extra layer of visual customization.
The Infinix Hot 70 Pro carries an IP68 rating, allowing it to survive in up to 2 meters of water for 30 minutes.
It also comes with MIL-STD-810 certification, although Infinix has not specified which military durability tests the device has passed.
On the software side, the phone runs Android 16 with XOS 16 out of the box. Infinix is promising three major Android OS updates along with five years of security updates, giving the device longer software support than many phones in its class.
Price and availability
Infinix has confirmed the specifications and design of the Hot 70 Pro, but official pricing and market availability have not yet been announced. The company is expected to reveal those details at a later date.
