Twitter Blue now available in the Philippines

Twitter’s premium subscription service, Twitter Blue, has officially arrived in the Philippines

For those who don’t know, Twitter Blue is a paid service that includes a number of features, such as the ability to edit tweets, bookmark folders, 1080p video uploads, reader mode, 50% fewer advertisements, and more. Soon, subscribers will also have greater visibility on the site because individuals who have been verified and have a blue checkmark will be listed first in answers, mentions, and searches. All of Twitter Blue’s perks are extremely helpful if most of your time on social media is in Twitter.

Longer tweets, replies, and quotes—extended from the 280 characters on the free version to a maximum of 4,000 characters—are another noteworthy perk. On the platform, Blue subscribers will also be able to utilize NFTs as their profile images – a good perk for those NFT connoisseurs to flaunt their NFTs.

Twitter Blue customers also have access to special benefits including dedicated customer service and early access to new features. It is officially available in the PH for Php440/month or Php4,600/year. Interested? Check it out here.

The premium subscription may seem unneeded at first, but it will be useful for huge firms that need to be validated on the platform to prevent other businesses from copying them. It will also be useful for various personalities and celebrities to prevent identity theft—people impersonating as them. It is not necessary for the most people, but it will be quite beneficial for famous people and businesses.
