Ulefone Armor Unveiled: A 25,500mAh Battery and 1-Inch Camera Sensor in an Unbreakable Phone

In a world of sleek glass and delicate curves, Ulefone has once again reminded us that some phones are built to survive more than just a drop from your pocket. The new Ulefone Armor 33 series and the flagship Armor 29 Ultra have arrived, and they are not here to play nice—they’re here to conquer. These aren’t just smartphones; they’re rugged powerhouses designed for adventurers, professionals, and anyone who’s ever feared a cracked screen.

Armor 29 Ultra: The Flagship that Refuses to Break

Tucked inside its military-grade MIL-STD-810H certified chassis is a monster: a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, putting it in the same performance league as some of the fastest consumer phones on the market. But the real headline here is the camera. The Armor 29 Ultra features a colossal 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, a size you’d expect to find in professional cameras, not a phone designed to be dropped from a ladder. This, combined with an 8K video recording capability, a 64MP night vision camera with four infrared LEDs, and a 50MP selfie cam, means you can capture stunning, high-quality photos and videos no matter the conditions—day or night.

And what good is a rugged phone without a monstrous battery? The Armor 29 Ultra boasts a 21,200mAh cell that is larger than many power banks, promising days of use on a single charge. When you do finally run out of juice, the 120W fast charging will get you back in action in minutes. The phone also features a vibrant 6.67-inch AMOLED main display and a small, secondary AMOLED screen on the back for quick notifications and controls. It’s a device that doesn’t just survive; it thrives.

Armor 33 Pro: The Dual-Screen Workhorse

For those who want a rugged phone with an innovative twist, the Armor 33 Pro offers a compelling proposition. Its most unique feature is its dual-screen design, featuring a huge 6.95-inch FHD+ display on the front and a smaller, but fully functional, 3.4-inch screen on the back. This isn’t just a gimmick—it’s a game-changer for quick-access features, notifications, and even high-quality selfies using the main camera array.

Like its Ultra sibling, the Armor 33 Pro is a beast in its own right. It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset, which is optimized for dual-screen use and provides a significant performance boost. The phone’s 25,500mAh battery is even larger than the Armor 29 Ultra’s, promising up to 10 days of heavy use. With 66W fast charging, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage, it’s a productivity machine that won’t give up. The camera setup is equally impressive, with a 50MP main sensor, a 64MP night vision camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide/macro lens.

Pricing and Availability

Ulefone is making a splash with aggressive launch pricing. The Armor 29 Ultra, originally priced at over $1,600, is available for a first-sale price of $849.99 (approximately ₱48,337). The Armor 33 Pro is available for $399.99 (approximately ₱22,748), down from $666.65, while the standard Armor 33—which swaps the rear screen for a powerful 1,100-lumen LED light—is priced at $299.99 (approximately ₱17,063), a significant drop from its original price. These special launch prices will be available starting on August 18th.

Whether you’re a photographer looking for a truly portable camera, a construction worker who needs a phone that can handle the job site, or an avid hiker who needs a battery that won’t die halfway up a mountain, the Ulefone Armor 33 series and Armor 29 Ultra are here to prove that rugged doesn’t mean you have to compromise on performance.
