Vivo T2X Specs, Release Date Leaked

It wasn’t long ago when vivo released their new T series phones, and news is that they’re releasing another one. The vivo T2X is rumored to be released next month, June 6. There’s no official pricing yet, however here are some of the specs we can expect to see in the new T series phone.

Twitter leaker Digital Chat Station revealed that the phone will be running on a MediaTek Dimensity 1300. The great news is that this phone’s pricing in China is around the USD150 equivalent. That translates to more or less PHP7,500 if it will be released in the Philippines.

The leaker also revealed other key details on the phone. The vivo T2X will have a 6.58” FHD+ LCD screen. With an LCD screen and a Mediatek Dimensity 1300, the phone will need a good battery. Thankfully, the device is packed with a 6000mAh battery.

A battery that huge will take a long time to charge, too. The vivo T2X will have a 44W fast charger in the box. Compared to the other phone in it’s line up (vivo T2), the charging rate is more than enough for a phone that’s meant for general media consumption and “light gaming”.

As for the camera, the phone will have a triple camera setup – 50MP for the main shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor for bokeh. A 16MP selfie camera should provide good photos in general lighting conditions.

What’s more interesting is the price-to-spec ratio of the device. If the vivo T2X uses a Dimensity 1300, then the price should be around PHP15,000 to PHP20,000. Either the leak may have been for another vivo T2 phone, or vivo is upping their game when it comes to providing phones with great value.

As far as accuracy goes, the vivo T2X has not been officially released by the company, so any or all information mentioned here is subject to change.
