The vivo V40 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and 12 GB of RAM. It comes in 256 GB and 512 GB storage variants.
Its display spans 6.78 inches and is an AMOLED panel with curved design, 1.5K resolution, and 120 Hz refresh rate. Two 50 MP cameras are placed on the back and a lone 50 MP is on the front.
The device is equipped with a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 80 W of wired fast charging. Android 14 with FunTouch 14 on top is ready out of the box.
The vivo V40 5G excels in so many ways, despite not being a flagship smartphone. It can handle games, thanks to the CPU and passive cooling, take snapshots with incredible accuracy, courtesy of ZEISS lenses, and resist hazards with IP68/69 dust and water resistance.
We rate it “Maganda na” and the biggest factor is the 26K starting price tag. Though, finding a similar device with such a combination of specs and features is difficult.
