The vivo X Fold 6 could be arriving sooner than expected, with a new leak suggesting the company’s next foldable flagship is on track for a late June launch in China.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the vivo X Fold 6 is tentatively scheduled to debut by the end of June and will be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset.
One of the biggest highlights of the device could be its battery. The leak claims the X Fold 6 will pack a 7,000mAh-class battery, potentially making it one of the largest batteries ever featured in a foldable smartphone. Despite the larger battery and upgraded camera hardware, vivo is reportedly maintaining a slim and lightweight design.
For cameras, the vivo X Fold 6 is tipped to feature a 200MP large-sensor primary camera. It will reportedly be joined by a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with a medium-sized sensor. An earlier leak from the same source also suggested the inclusion of a 50MP ultra-wide camera, rounding out the rear camera setup.
The foldable is also expected to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
In the comments section of the leak, Digital Chat Station added that engineering prototypes continue to use vivo’s signature large circular camera module. The display is also said to feature more rounded corners, while white remains the preferred color option for prototype units.

Other specifications remain unknown for now. Once launched, the vivo X Fold 6 is expected to compete against other upcoming foldables, including the HONOR Magic V6, OPPO Find N6, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 in the Chinese market.
As always, these details remain unofficial, and more information is expected to surface as the rumored launch date approaches.
