vivo X100 confirmed to have SD 8 Gen 3, curved 2k display, and much more

Vivo Philippines has released a press release that confirms the specifications of the upcoming Vivo X100 flagship series

The press release states that the X100 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, have up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, a curved 2K display, a one-inch newly coated glass-plastic hybrid primary camera, a periscope telephoto lens, a ZEISS-tuned camera system, an under-display fingerprint sensor, a high-capacity battery with 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

The press release also hints at the release window for the different models in the X100 series. The top-spec model, the Vivo X100 Pro+, is expected to be released in early 2024, while the Vivo X100 Pro and the base model are both expected to be released by the end of 2023.

Finally, the press release mentions a mysterious “black technology” that will be featured in the X100 series. What this technology is remains to be seen, but it is sure to be a major selling point for the phones.
