The upcoming vivo X300s has leaked in full ahead of its official launch, revealing a flagship that focuses on display, performance, and battery upgrades.

Large OLED display with high refresh rate
The vivo X300s is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, making it one of the smoothest panels in its segment.
The display is said to use a flat panel with slim, symmetrical bezels, paired with Zeiss color tuning for improved visual accuracy.
Dimensity 9500 chipset
Under the hood, the device is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, an enhanced version of the standard Dimensity 9500 aimed at delivering better performance and efficiency.
This positions the X300s as a performance-focused upgrade over the standard X300.
200MP camera with Zeiss tuning
On the camera side, the X300s is rumored to feature a 200MP main camera, supported by a periscope telephoto lens and an ultra-wide sensor.
The camera system is expected to carry Zeiss branding, continuing vivo’s focus on imaging in its X-series lineup.
Bigger battery and premium features
Battery capacity is another major upgrade, with the device tipped to include a 7,100mAh battery, significantly larger than its predecessor.
Other expected features include:
- Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner
- Water-resistant build (IP rating expected)
- Stereo speakers and improved haptics
Launch timeline
The vivo X300s is expected to launch alongside the vivo X300 Ultra in China, with reports pointing to a late March or early April debut.
