The vivo X500 Pro has appeared in another leak ahead of its expected September debut, with a tipster reiterating several previously reported specifications while revealing a few more details about its display and design.
According to the latest leak, the vivo X500 Pro will be powered by a 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600-series chipset. It is also expected to be the compact flagship in the upcoming X500 lineup, slotting between the standard X500 and the larger X500 Pro Max.
The leak also claims the phone will use a 6.37-inch flat LTPO OLED display supplied by BOE. The panel is said to feature 1.5K+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and BOE’s next-generation light-emitting material, which could improve display efficiency and brightness.
On the design side, vivo is reportedly using LIPO (Low-Injection Pressure Overmolding) packaging, allowing for ultra-thin, equal-width bezels on all four sides. The rear is also expected to retain Vivo’s signature centered circular camera module seen on previous X-series flagships.
Previous leaks have also revealed the phone’s expected camera setup. The vivo X500 Pro is rumored to feature a 50MP LOFIC main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with an 85mm focal length.
