Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro is Officially Launched in the Philippines

The vivo X80 and vivo X80 Pro are officially launching in the Philippines today, June 9, 2022. We’re expecting to see myriad of new features that make these two phones stand out in the premium flagship category. Read below for the specs.

Vivo X80

The vivo X80 sports an impressive AMOLED screen with a display size of 6.78 inches, with FHD+ resolution, and HDR10+. The phone has a very high refresh rate of 120Hz.

Vivo x80 Pro runs on an ultra-fast Mediatek Dimensity 9000 coupled with a powerful Arm Mali-G710 GPU. The phone is available in one configuration only – 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Build quality on this phone is a statement. The glass front, aluminum frame, and glass back give it a great hand-feel and the phone looks premium in all respects.

Vivo X80 Pro

The vivo X80 Pro, on the other hand, features a WQHD AMOLED at 6.78 inches. It’s pretty much the same except for the type of AMOLED used. The screen has a resolution of 3200×1440 (WQHD) with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It’s one of the most pixel-rich phones out there thanks to the 518 ppi density.

Powering the phone is the newest and fastest* Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, coupled with Adreno 730 GPU. The vivo X80 Pro has only one type of configuration based on the RAM: 12GB. As for storage, the unit can keep up to 256GB worth of files.

Take outstanding pictures with the help of a quad camera setup. The main camera captures images with its 50MP sensor. There’s an 8MP dedicated telephoto/periscope lens with 5x optical zoom, a 12MP “portrailt” lens, and finally a 48 MP ultrawide lens.

As for the selfie camera, it can capture images with a 32MP sensor.
