vivo Y02 with 5,000mAh battery and Helio P22 chipset hints at Indian pricing

You guessed it right, it’s another budget smartphone from vivo, and now it is powered by ‘new’ Helio processor with a standard 5,000mAh capacity

The X90 series of smartphones from Vivo, its flagship model, are anticipated to go on sale in China soon. On the other hand, it appears that the company’s Indian business is preparing to release a new entry-level smartphone known as the Vivo Y02. The gadget is allegedly relatively affordable and is set to go on sale soon.

The smartphone’s model number is V2217, according to the report from Passionategeekz. Additionally, it states that the smartphone will cost Rs 8,449 or around Php5,999 domestically.

According to the report’s specifications, the Vivo Y02 would be powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. There will be at least 2GB of RAM available.

The phone will likely contain at least 32GB of internal storage, even though that information is missing from the story. Additionally supported for storage expansion will be a microSD card.

MicroSD cards for external storage that have capacities of up to 256GB or 512GB may be supported by Vivo.

The smartphone is also said to come with a 5000mAh battery. It might be capable of quick charging at 5W or 10W. According to reports, the display is a 6.51-inch Halo FullView IPS LCD with HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels.

According to the tipster, the phone would offer an Eye Protection Mode and a 20:9 aspect ratio. There will be two SIM card slots on the phone.

A single 8MP rear camera sensor and an LED flash module will be found on the device’s back. A 5MP front camera sensor will also be included. Last but not least, the phone will come pre-installed with Funtouch OS 12, an operating system based on Android 12.
