vivo’s upcoming Y300 Pro has been making headlines with its impressive battery capacity. The device, previously seen in leaked retail box images, is now confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.
A prototype of the Y300 Pro was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The device scored between 942 and 945 in single-core tests and 2,791 to 2,824 in multi-core tests, running on Android. These scores align with the expected performance from a mid-range smartphone equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.
The Geekbench listing also revealed that the prototype came with 12GB of RAM. While this is the confirmed configuration, vivo may offer other RAM and storage options as well.
An SGS certification for the Y300 Pro has provided additional details about its dimensions and weight. Measuring 163.28 x 76.29 x 7.69 mm and weighing 195g, the Y300 Pro is slightly heavier, wider, and thicker than its predecessor, the Y200 Pro, which was launched in May.
The vivo Y300 Pro appears to be a promising mid-range smartphone with a powerful processor, a large battery, and ample RAM.
