Why the realme Pad X 5G is the best midrange tablet with 5G

realme has finally released the realme Pad X 5G in the Philippines after initially launching the wifi version. The device is is available via the realme official Shopee store for Php 24,999.

Some may rush say that the recently launched device is overpriced but there are few things to consider before concluding that this is ripoff.

The Xiaomi Pad X 5G, as the name already clarifies, is a 5G tablet which makes it very special considering that it is quite difficult to find a tablet on the market under Php 25,000. This device is still the companies 3rd most expensive tablet yet its still pegged at such a price point.

Interestingly, none of the Realme Pad X variants have direct competitors. The Motorola Tab G70 and the Lenovo Yoga Smart Tab have cellular connectivity but the base variant of the Realme Pad X, which is closer to their pricing, doesn’t.

The base variant of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is priced close to the top-end variant of the Realme Pad X but lacks cellular connectivity. So, it will not be an apples-to-apples comparison. And that works in favour of the Realme Pad X.

The device’s other specifications appear to be really impressive. It boasts a 10.95-inch WUXGA+ LCD, a Snapdragon 695 processor, up to 6GB RAM, 128GB of storage, an 8,340mAh battery, 33W Dart Charge, quad-speaker setup, a 13MP back camera, and an 8MP front camera.

It also has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Similar to Apple’s Center Stage, the front-facing camera offers a feature called Limelight that pans and zooms to maintain the subject’s face in the picture during video conversations.

Apart from the new 5G feature and the price, the realme Pad X 5G is basically the same as its sibling, the realme Pad X and you can check the full specs here: realme Pad X full Specs here
