Hugh Jackman coming back as Wolverine for one last time in Deadpool 3

Just as we have thought that Hugh Jackman is done after playing Wolverine in 2017’s “Logan” — they’ve always say, there’s always room for one last ride

Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds just announced that Hugh Jackman is playing Wolverine for one last time in a comical, yet casual fashion in “Deadpool 3” through his Twitter.

The official logo for Deadpool 3.

You may remember Jackman’s last three revivals of the Wolverine in the hilariously bad “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” (which also has Reynolds in it, playing a rather diluted version of Wade Wilson, without the motormouth), the somber Japan escapade “The Wolverine”, and finally 2017’s “Logan which we saw the titular character jaded and has a death wish throughout the film that ended up cementing the character as one of the best superhero films of all time, and a neo-Western one (no, seriously).

What great delight we have right now after Hugh himself addressed the rumors and confirming Wolverine’s comeback through the humorous ‘teaser’ with Reynolds. The release date of Deadpool 3 is supposed to be in September 6, 2024. It’s also the first Deadpool movie where we see Wade Wilson venture fully into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Is this the start of the Avengers: Secret Wars storyline? We hope so.

Also, how can they show Wolverine again after he died in the last one? Maybe it is set way before the mutant arrests began, or it is set on an alternate universe. Until now, we can only speculate and always love…Hugh hoooohoooo!

You’re probably asking: “this isn’t tech related!” But hold your horses: the moviemaking process is a technical process which involves technology. Deadpool 3 was announced via Ryan Reynolds in his Twitter, which is also related to tech. The whole Marvel schtick is composed of superheroes with cool tech fighting enemies with cooler tech, and in tech-based future or alternate universe. Deadpool has a time machine stolen from Cable, in order to travel through time…you need tech. Well yeah, this is a tech post.
