Xiaomi’s upcoming 14T Pro has made its first appearance on Geekbench, confirming earlier rumors of a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. This follows the trend set by last year’s 13T Pro, which featured the Dimensity 9200+.
The benchmark listing also reveals a 12GB RAM configuration and Android 14 OS. While the raw Geekbench 4.4 scores don’t offer direct comparisons to newer benchmarks, they provide a preliminary look at the device’s performance.
It’s likely that the 14T Pro will share similarities with the recently unveiled Redmi K70 Ultra, also powered by the Dimensity 9300+. However, Xiaomi typically differentiates its T-series with enhanced camera capabilities, potentially including Leica co-branding and unique sensor tuning.
We expect the Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro to launch in late September, following the same timeline as their predecessors.
