Xiaomi is getting ready to launch its next flagship phones in China, and the company has finally started teasing them.
Following last week’s Xiaomi 18 Fold unveiling, Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will launch in China later this month. An exact launch date has not been announced yet.
Xiaomi’s first teaser gives us a look at the rear of the upcoming phones, including a secondary display similar to the one found on the Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max.
The company says the rear display has been upgraded to be more versatile, although it hasn’t revealed exactly what’s new.
A recent rumor also claims the Xiaomi 18 Pro series could feature a larger rear display.
The teaser shows a triple rear camera setup as well. Two camera sensors sit inside a large rectangular camera module, while the third sits outside it, following a design similar to the Xiaomi 17 Pro series.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max were recently certified in China with support for 100W wired charging.
Both phones are also rumored to be among the first smartphones powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro.
Xiaomi says more details will be revealed tomorrow, so the company could soon give us a closer look at the phones’ specifications and features.
For now, the key details are clear: the Xiaomi 18 Pro series is launching in China later this month, bringing an upgraded rear display, triple cameras, and potentially Qualcomm’s next flagship chipset.
