Meanwhile, the Vivo S17t features a Dimensity 8050 SoC, and the S17 Pro is equipped with a Dimensity 8200 chipset. However, the standard S17 runs on a Snapdragon 778G Plus chip, slightly weaker than the Snapdragon 778G SoC found in the regular Reno 10.
Versatile Camera Setup
The Oppo Reno 10 family outshines the Vivo S17 lineup when it comes to camera versatility. All three Reno 10 models offer a zoom camera as a standard feature for top-notch portrait photography. The Reno 10 Pro Plus even boasts a periscope module for an enhanced zoom experience. On the other hand, only the pro variant in the Vivo S17 series comes with a zoom camera. So, Reno 10 users get three proper lenses—wide, ultra-wide, and zoom. While both series feature a selfie camera with autofocus. Better Availability
If global availability is a crucial factor for you, the Oppo Reno 10 series has the upper hand. Arccording to leaks, all three Reno 10 will reach multiple international markets under original names. On the other hand, the Vivo S17 smartphones will have a limited release in select global markets as the Vivo V29 series. Additionally, the Vivo V29 series may have slight downgrades compared to the original models.
OPPO is the real winner on the OPPO Reno10 series vs vivo S17 series matchup. However, this does not discredit the fact that the vivo S17 series is also another great midrange option.
