realme GT5 renders leaked, confirmed to have a flagship processor

realme has confirmed that the GT5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The GT5 is expected to be a successor to the GT3, which was released in February 2023

There have been rumors that the GT Neo 6 will be marketed as the GT5 outside of China. This is not surprising, as the GT3 was a rebadged GT Neo 5 240W that was only available in China.

Two realme smartphones with model designations RMX3820 and RMX3823 have recently been certified by TENAA. These are believed to be the GT Neo 6 and GT Neo 6 Pro. TENAA suggests that these are similar smartphones with different battery capacities and charging speeds. It remains to be seen whether or not the GT5 Pro will be a rebranded GT Neo 6 Pro.
