Infinix Note 12 G96, Why It’s Ranked Super Sulit on Our Tier List

We’ve seen a lot of phones under 10k and so far nothing as good as the Infinix Note 12 for the price. The Infinix Note 12 has everything going for it for a super good price of PHP8499.

Here are the reasons why this phone shares the Legendary spot of Super Sulit Phones!

Display

The Infinix Note 12 is a gaming phone that makes sense, it’s got all the specs right for the perfect gaming phone under 10k. Contrary to the views of many, 90Hz refresh rate doesn’t automatically make a phone, a great gaming phone.

Little did you know that pretty much all phones under php10k can’t drive Frame rates beyond 60FPS. To reach 90 FPS gaming, the phone would need at least a powerful processor such as a MediaTek dimensity 1000 or at least a snapdragon 860 Processor.

Only these processors can drive games beyond 60 FPS and this is where the Infinix Note 12 gives itself a much more meaningful spec which is an AMOLED display. Despite not having a 90Hz refresh rate, An AMOLED at this price makes games look like they are 4K resolution and enhances graphics/looks by tenfold.

That’s why an AMOLED makes so much more sense for the Infinix Note 12. This also saves you a lot more battery as you won’t even be using any high refresh rate option.

CHIPSET

The Infinix Note 12 is faster than its predecessor, the Infinix Note 10 Pro while being cheaper by as much as PHP3000. It’s got a Helio G96 compared to the last gen’s Helio G95. The Infinix Note 12 is 10% faster than the Infinix Note 10 Pro.

PERFORMANCE

As far as battery goes, the Infinix Note 12 G96 doesn’t stray too far from another phone: the Infinix Note 11S. On our tierlist, most phones have a 5000mAh battery with the exception of the Infinix Hot 10S with a 6000mAh battery. In terms of charging speed, the Infinix Note 12 G96 has a standard of 33W fast charging which it shares with the rest of the phones in the tier list.

CAMERA

Most phones on our super sulit tier list don’t have the best camera specs, but a 50MP camera is slowly becoming the standard for most budget and entry-level phones. It’s a triple camera setup that should be able to handle everyday photography.
