ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra launching with gaming-centric hardware and Sony IMX890 main camera.
The ASUS Zenfone series is composed of compact, flagship models with recent sizes of 5.9 inches. Meanwhile, the ASUS ROG Phone series is a flagship lineup that caters to a specific crowd: gamers. The brand has maintained this for some time, including its strict schedule of launches.
But something led to a major leak. On Reddit, user Td3v1l shared surprising info about an upcoming ASUS smartphone. They claimed that they have found the Zenfone 11 Ultra inside the ROG Phone 8 firmware.
If you’re confused, the phone is virtually in the said firmware. The Redditor dug through the ROG 8 Phone firmware where it contained a series of renders. But the gold is the retail packaging box and specifications.
The ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra is the larger model of Zenfone 11. The render shows a departure from visuals of Zenfone 10 and welcoming of some elements from ROG Phone 8, such as the streak and camera module.
