The TECNO CAMON 30 features three colorways of various themes, including a glass-like and a tech-art leather.
TECNO may have a planned surprise for everyone next month. It’s expected to be the official launch of the next-generation TECNO CAMON 30 Series, the brand’s camera lineup.
The series is now live on the global website. As of writing, only the base version of the series is available. It’s powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate and Android 14, suggesting the HiOS 14 custom UI.
As mentioned, the TECNO CAMON 30 is camera-centric and the primary camera is a 50-MP shooter with optical image stabilization and Night Portrait support. It has an aperture of f/1.88 and sensor size of 1/1.57 inches.
The front-facing camera isn’t to be underestimated. It’s a 50-MP sensor with eye-tracking feature, 100 millisecond of maximum focusing speed, and dual-color temperature. That means you can use the TECNO CAMON 30 for vlogging.
A new CAMON means a new design language. The TECNO CAMON 30 Series follows the round camera island meta, with the base model having four camera holes.
But if you look closely, the rear camera island is accompanied by a Smart Breathing Light. This is an indicator for phone interactions, such as video recording, voice assistant, infrared remote, and charging.
The TECNO CAMON 30 comes in three colorways. The Uyuni Salt White seems to be the typical phone design, while the Iceland Basaltic Dark is the glass-like variant. The Sahara Sand Brown is the tech-art leather version.
The TECNO CAMON 30 Series is rumored to launch in the Philippines on May 10. Stay tuned for more info.
