An analysis revealed that an average Filipino needs almost 80 working days to be able to purchase the latest iPhone
According to a Picodi Philippines analysis, the average Filipino needs to work for 79.5 days to afford an iPhone 15 Pro (128GB), assuming a monthly wage of PHP 18,744.39 and a device cost of PHP 70,990. Despite ranking second for the highest number of working days required to purchase the gadget in Picodi’s iPhone index, the Philippines has seen an 11.4-day decrease in this figure over the years.

- 2019: 96.2 days
- 2020: 88.2 days
- 2021: 90.2 days
- 2022: 90.9 days
- 2023: 79.5 days
Turkey tops the list with 123.7 working days needed to buy the device. In contrast, Switzerland has the fewest days at 4.2, followed by the US at 5.3 days, and Australia at 6.3 days.
