HUAWEI is on the top of their game with the Mate 60 Pro!

The HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro has been introduced in China with an impressive array of features. Although the processor information was not disclosed, the device showcases notable hardware components

Firstly, the 6.82-inch LTPO OLED screen boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and features a unique triple punch-hole design. This arrangement accommodates the 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera and the sensors needed for 3D face mapping for facial unlocking.

Additionally, the screen is safeguarded by HUAWEI’s robust 2nd-generation Kunlun Glass. The rear of the device showcases a familiar camera layout with a prominent glass ring housing various cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and an adjustable aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.0. Alongside this, there’s a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 48-megapixel periscope-style telephoto camera with optical image stabilization.

The back panel design has been redesigned, featuring a horizontal curve in the lower section that resembles Earth’s corners peeking from the limitless expanse of space. The device comes with a standard 5,000mAh battery offering 88W wired charging, an impressive 50W wireless charging, and 20W reverse wireless charging functionality. Notably, the phone supports satellite messaging within China.

Regarding configurations, the HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro is available in 12GB RAM and three storage options: 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Currently, only the 512GB variant has a price tag of CNY6,999 (~Php54,500). Availability in the Philippines will be announced following the global launch.
