Infinix is gearing up for the much-anticipated launch of the Infinix NOTE 40 Series, comprising the Infinix NOTE 40 and Infinix NOTE 40 Pro smartphones. These devices have been making waves in the tech community, having been leaked through various channels such as public certification, Google Play Console, Bluetooth SIG, and NBTC in recent weeks. The standard Infinix NOTE 40 has even made an appearance on the FCC.
Today, the FCC listing for the Infinix NOTE 40 Pro, identified by the model X6850, has surfaced, revealing key specifications of the smartphone. According to the listing, the Infinix NOTE 40 Pro is expected to feature a 256 GB storage option along with a 12 GB RAM variant, with the possibility of additional storage configurations.
This 4G-enabled smartphone is set to be available in the striking Vintage Green color and will be accompanied by a 70W fast charging adapter, complemented by 5W wireless charging capabilities. The device measures 165mm x 76mm x 8mm and boasts connectivity options such as WiFi 2.4/5.2/5.8GHz, Bluetooth, and NFC.
In terms of imminent launch, both the Infinix NOTE 40 and NOTE 40 Pro have recently been sighted on the Google Play Console. These smartphones are slated to run on Android 14 OS and will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The Infinix NOTE 40 is expected to debut with 8GB of RAM, while its Pro counterpart will feature a more robust 12GB of RAM. These 4G-capable devices aim to provide an affordable option for users seeking reliable performance.
Furthermore, the Infinix NOTE 40 boasts a 2436 x 1080 pixel resolution and 480 PPI pixel density, as confirmed by the Play Console listing. Notably, the smartphone features a center-aligned punch hole cutout for the selfie camera.
It’s worth mentioning that the vanilla Infinix NOTE 40 will offer 45W fast charging, distinguishing it from its Pro variant.
In addition to the upcoming NOTE series, Infinix has recently introduced the Infinix HOT 40i, HOT 40, and HOT 40 Pro in the affordable smartphone segment. The company has also expanded its product lineup with the introduction of the Infinix INBook Y4 Max, a laptop featuring a spacious 16-inch display, in the Indian market.
