It’s official! It’s Showtime seals a new deal with GMA, sparking anew your noontime entertainment beginning April 6.
Noontime watchers are more likely to see Kapamilya and Kapuso stars in a single show as It’s Showtime signs a new contract with GMA.
On Wednesday, executives of the Kapamilya and Kapuso networks, including ABS-CBN’s President and CEO Carlo L. Katigbak and GMA Network Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon President, attended the contract signing at GMA Studios.
It’s Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Kim Chiu, Amy Perez, Ogie Alcasid, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Ryan Bang, Darren Espanto, Ion Perez, MC, Lassy, Jackie Gonzaga, and Cianne Dominguez were also present.
Beginning April 6, Saturday, It’s Showtime will premiere officially on GMA’s main channel, so expect pleasant surprises, unlimited fun, and more from this particular airing. The show will continue airing on GTV as well as GMA Pinoy TV.
This new milestone also suggests that there’s no more war between these two network giants.
