The Moto G Power 5G (2024) is expected to launch soon, fueled by recent leaks and its appearance on the benchmarking platform Geekbench.
The Geekbench listing confirms the phone’s name and reveals key specifications. It will boast an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz, likely the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 (a rebranded version of the Dimensity 930). Additionally, it will pack 8GB of RAM and run the latest Android 14 operating system out of the box.
Previously leaked renders showcase a modern design with a punch-hole display, flat edges, and a dual-camera setup on the back. Color options are rumored to be Orchid Tint and Outer Space. Other speculations suggest a 6.7-inch HD+ display and fast charging support (either 30W or 67W).
Successor to the Moto G Power (2023)
The Moto G Power (2024) succeeds last year’s model. As a comparison, the 2023 version offered a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor. It came in configurations with 4GB/128GB and 6GB/256GB storage options.
While the Geekbench listing and leaks shed light on some key aspects, official information regarding the launch date and full specifications remains under wraps.
