New TECNO CL6 leak: Helio G99 Ultimate, 12GB RAM, 256GB ROM

New TECNO CL6 spotted with four holes on its rear camera module, as per leaked images.

TECNO is busy and so are tipsters for fresh leaks. They didn’t miss the one mysterious TECNO phone that was spotted on FCC.

The mysterious smartphone is currently labeled as TECNO CL6, its model code. While the leaks don’t have much info about this, some specs were determined in the images.

First, the new TECNO CL6 comes with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of ROM. But other configurations are possible at launch. Next, it only supports the 4G mobile network; good for the battery, not so good for avid mobile internet users. Though, we aren’t sure where this device is heading to as no market has been confirmed, as of writing.

It also comes with a 4900-mAh battery and up to 70 watts fast-charging, which is great for a 4G phone. The processor is the major unknown right now but we can make a guess.

If you’ve been following the brand, TECNO recently launched the SPARK 20 Pro+, a midranger with 8/256GB configuration and two rear cameras. The leaked images showed that the CL6’s back resembles the SPARK phone.

Just from that, it’s possible that TECNO CL6 may be powered by MediaTek Helio 99 Ultimate. If it launches with three or four cameras, we might see a more powerful processor for this device.

According to the report, the other notable things about TECNO CL6, thus far, are dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.

In the meantime, check out the specs of TECNO SPARK 20 Pro+ below.
