Nothing Phone 2a leaked pics and specs: Dimensity 7200, 8GB RAM, dual 50MP cams

Nothing Phone 2a leaked with Dimensity 7200 and dual-rear cameras. It’s expected to be launched at the MWC with a price of $400.

A Nothing Phone device has reappeared once more and this time, it comes with some specs and even images. It seems that Nothing Phone 2a is really planned for release as leaked info says a lot about it.

Let’s start with the visuals. A leakster showed the prototype of Nothing Phone 2a having the brand’s usual form factor. But the alleged smartphone has a redesign glyph, specifically, a three-glyph styling that veers away from other Nothing smartphones.

The front and back images from the leak suggested a unit up for validation and verification for manufacturing processes. Also, the pics showed that the device is inside a big case to hide its true design.

For the specs, the leakster hinted that Nothing Phone 2a is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200, 8GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage. They also revealed that the phone features a 6.7-inch OLED display panel with 120Hz refresh rate.

The device sports two 50-MP cameras at the back and a lone 16-MP camera at the front for selfies. If the info is true, Nothing Phone 2a will have Android 14 and Nothing OS 2.5 out of the box.

However, take everything mentioned here with a grain of salt. One unusual thing that appeared on the images is the 1000 mAh battery capacity. That’s either very wrong or intentionally displayed during testing.

The leakster noted that Nothing Phone 2a may launch during the Mobile World Congress next year with a price tag of USD 400 or ₱22,320.60.
