2. Find your trade-in value
Select the eligible device you wish to trade-in and indicate the condition of your Existing Device to receive an estimated value. Your trade–in value and applicable trade-up bonus credit is applied to your cart.
3. Checkout
Pay for the discounted device (care of your Trade-in) via the various payment options available to you and complete your order.
4. Swap devices
Make sure that the unit to be traded in is available when delivery of your new device is made. Make sure also that the device condition is not changed from the date of evaluation. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
What is my device worth?
Samsung check prices regularly to give you the best possible trade-in deals, no matter which brand or network your device comes from. A full list of phones and tablets that qualify for trade-in is available when you choose your new device.
Make sure the unit you are trading in is available and in the same condition (as from the date of appraisal) when their logistics partner delivers your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
Their logistics partner will give you one hour to perform Smart Switch to transfer your files between the devices, and reset your old device to factory settings. While standard delivery is free, you may be charged extra by the delivery staff for any excess waiting time beyond one hour.
