Specifically, realme has developed two main camera systems for each device: a 64MP Periscope Portrait camera, 50MP Sony IMX890 and 8MP 112° wide angle for the realme 12 Pro+ 5G; and a 50MP Sony LYT600 OIS Portrait camera, 8MP 112° wide angle, and 2MP macro for the realme 12+ 5G.

Both the realme 12 Pro+ 5G and the realme 12+ 5G are embellished with Premium Vegan Leather, Polished Sunburst Dial, and 3D Jubilee Bracelet. However, the realme 12 Pro+5G also has a Golden Fluted Bezel circling its camera while the realme 12+ 5G has Polished PVD Edges.
