Chinese tech giant realme is gearing up to launch the GT Neo 6, as evidenced by a recent listing on JD.com, China’s largest online retailer. The listing has ignited pre-order registrations and revealed some key specifications of the phone.
The GT Neo 6 is poised to be realme’s first smartphone equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, solidifying its position as a “flagship killer” in the market. This chipset is known for its AI-centric features and improved efficiency over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but falls short of the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Adding to its appeal, the listing hints at support for blazing-fast 120W charging, a technology that realme has previously experimented with in a certified device (RMX3852, rumored to be the GT Neo 6). Interestingly, this marks a shift from realme’s prior focus on even faster charging solutions (150W and 240W) seen in their top-tier GT phones. The listing also suggests the possibility of the GT Neo 6 offering a staggering 1 TB of internal storage, catering to users with massive storage needs.
