Redmi K70 Pro, K70E, K70 have arrived: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 2K display, triple camera, HyperOS

The latest Redmi K70 series is now official. It features three models in Redmi K70 Pro, K70, and K70E.

Three new Redmi smartphones have been launched and one of them is leading with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Meet the Redmi K70 lineup, each boasting a triple-rear camera setup.

Let’s start with the youngest of the three, the Redmi K70E. It’s powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra and up to 16GB of RAM. Interested buyers can choose between storage variants in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

The price of this affordable Redmi K70E starts at CNY 1,999 or around ₱15,634. Despite its weaker CPU compared to its sibling, the handset comes with a 1.5K display panel and a 5,000 square-millimeter stainless steel vapor chamber. That display supports 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1,800 nits of peak brightness.

The middle of the three is the Redmi K70, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This one has a memory and storage variant of up to 16GB/1TB. Its display is 6.67 inches as well but with 2K resolution and up to 4,000 nits of peak brightness.

Since the Redmi K70 has more processing power, the brand expects users to play games on it. Thus, it comes with a 5000 square-millimeter cooling chamber and up to 120w fast-charging. Two chips are included to optimize charging and battery life of the device as well. Redmi K70 is priced at CNY 2,499 or about ₱19,538.

The big brother is the Redmi K70 Pro equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. It shares many technical features with K70, including 2K display, Android 14, HyperOS, and triple camera.

However, the Pro version has an upgraded 50MP telephoto camera and a better 12MP ultrawide sensor. This device has the performance trifecta of camera, gaming, and battery. Redmi K70 Pro is priced at CNY 3,299 or around ₱25,792.

The global release of these three is yet to be confirmed.
