The Galaxy A24 4G was introduced by Samsung in early May, but the firm is reportedly already working on the Galaxy A25 5G, as seen by some CAD-based renderings that have just surfaced online, which represent a device that is nearly identical to the A24 4G
The timing of the leak is odd, as the A25’s name suggests it is the successor to the A24, which has only been on the market for a few weeks. However, we believe something else is happening.
We speculate that the Galaxy A25 5G was originally intended to be released as the Galaxy A24 5G. This would explain the shared design and the fact that it is coming out so soon after the other model. We believe that Samsung may have rebranded it to the A25 5G in order to give the impression that it is a newer device.
According to the source of these renders, the A25 5G will measure 162 x 77.5 x 8.3 mm. This is very similar to the dimensions of the A24 4G, which are 162.1 x 77.6 x 8.3 mm. The screen is also said to be 6.44 inches.
The leak also reveals the existence of a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and triple rear cameras. The handset pictured is in the black colorway, but it is likely that other colors will be available at launch.
The leaked specs of the Samsung Galaxy A24 4G are as follows:
Display | 6.44 in FHD |
Notch style | Waterdrop |
Rear Camera | Triple lens setup |
Fingerprint Sensor | Side-mounted |
The release date of the Galaxy A25 5G is currently unknown. We will keep you updated as soon as we learn more.
