TECNO POVA 6 Pro’s single-core and multi-core points surfaced online ahead of its launch.
The wait won’t be long as the upcoming TECNO POVA 6 Pro is spotted on Geekbench. This is the successor of TECNO POVA 5 Pro and is rumored to be powered by a MediaTek processor.
Previously, TECNO POVA 6 Pro surfaced on Google Play Console listing and its specifications were revealed by its alleged FCC certification. Not only did it have a 12+256GB configuration, but it also has new design elements. You can check out that story at the side.
In the latest rumor mill, the new smartphone has been tested on Geekbench 6. It scored 770 points on single-core and 2,096 points on multi-core; not that powerful. Why?
If you compare TECNO POVA 5 Pro on Geekbench 6, the device scored 760 points on single-core and 2,093 on multi-core. We’re not saying that it can’t run games.
What’s curious is the similarities in the scores, indicating the same processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6080. This is likely true since the Google Play Console listing of TECNO POVA 6 Pro noted Mali-G57 as well.
Other upgrades on TECNO POVA 6 Pro include the 12GB RAM, Android 14 OS, and 70W fast charging.
We’ll update you once we know more about the design changes on this upcoming TECNO POVA phone.
