Xiaomi 14 Ultra images, key specs leaked: SD8 Gen3, 6.73” 1440p 120Hz display, 16GB RAM, 8K video

White and black Xiaomi 14 Ultra surfaced online prior to launch this month.

This month, the Xiaomi 14 lineup will likely be complete with the launch of the Ultra model. But before the expected launch on February 25, the phone’s key specs and images have been leaked.

A German website posted the render images of the Xiaomi 14’s white and black colorways, displaying its full glory at the front, back, and even sides. It’s a massive device with a huge circular camera module featuring the iconic LEICA branding.

Here’s the key specs of Xiaomi 14:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
  • 16GB RAM
  • 512GB/1TB ROM
  • 6.73-inch AMOLED panel
  • 1440p display resolution
  • 120Hz refresh rate
  • HDR10+ support
  • Under-display fingerprint
  • Quad-rear camera system
  • Single-selfie camera system

The rear camera setup features four 50MP sensors led by the one-inch main shooter, accompanied by an ultrawide lens, telephoto lens, and periscope telephoto lens. The front-facing camera is a 32MP lens for selfies and video calls, but it can also record up to 4K.

Here’s a rundown of the rear cameras:

  • 50MP main with f/1.6 aperture
  • 50MP ultrawide with f/1.8 aperture
  • 50MP telephoto with f/3.0 aperture and 3.2x zooming
  • 50MP periscope telephoto with f/3.0 aperture and 5x zooming

The same source suggested that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra can record videos up to 8K at 24 FPS and 4K at up to 60 FPS. Slow motion is also possible at 1,920 FPS. We can’t confirm at this time if any stabilization works at such resolutions.

Lighting up the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is the 5,300mAh battery and 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device is expected to be priced at ₱90K (INR 134,055).

Don’t forget these are just leaked info until Xiaomi officially announced the details. So, take them with a grain of salt.
