Xiaomi 14 Ultra on Geekbench: 2K display, SD 8 Gen 3 @ 2.26GHz, 16GB RAM, Sony main sensor

Xiaomi 14 Ultra surfaced on Geekbench with top-tier specs. It’s expected to launch next month.

The Xiaomi 14 series debuted with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 last year, proudly presented during the 2023 Snapdragon Summit. But the series is yet to be completed as one more model is launching this year.

It’s the Xiaomi 14 Ultra allegedly spotted on Geekbench. According to the popular benchmarking site, the upcoming smartphone scored 9,317 points in single-core performance and 26,523 points in multi-core performance. This device has the model number Xiaomi 24030PN60G having the motherboard “aurora.”

To give meaning to those numbers, we checked the scores of the Xiaomi 14 Pro on Geekbench as well. It has the model number Xiaomi 23116PN5BC and it scored 2,181 points on single-core performance and 6,990 points on multi-core performance.

See the massive difference? Don’t be shocked because the scores of Xiaomi 14 Ultra were from the older Geekbench 4, while the Xiaomi 14 Pro was benchmarked on the newer Geekbench 6.

Besides the scores, the listing also revealed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with a base clock speed of 2.26GHz. The alleged Xiaomi 14 Ultra appeared to have Android 14, likely with HyperOS, 16GB RAM, 1440p curved AMOLED screen, 80W wireless charging, and Sony LYT-900 main camera sensor.

As for its release date, a report suggested that the smartphone will be launched next month.
