vivo is really showing out their A-game with the vivo X Fold+ that has an exclusive red colorway and an improved battery capacity, is this the next “talked about” flip phone?
The once rumored Fold S name from vivo is now named the vivo X Fold+, armed with the newest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and a speedy 80 watts charger, this is revealed following vivo Vice President Jia Jingdong’s own Weibo account.
Compared to the vivo X Fold that was released last April 2022, the vivo X Fold+ will now have an exclusive red color plus a slight improvement in the battery department, now housing a 4,730mAh battery compared to the non-plus version which only has 4,600mAh.
Other specs of the Vivo X Fold+ includes retaining the 8.03-inch inner display from the base version and 120Hz refresh rate. As for the camera, there will be a quad-cam setup with 8MP telephoto with 5x zoom capability, 12MP with 2x zoom, 48MP ultrawide, and the 50MP main. The selfie camera has a 16MP shooter as well.
As for the storage, 12GB of RAM with 256GB or 512GB ROM options are to be expected. As for the other specifications and pricing, we have yet to update you on this developing story so stay tuned.
