Upcoming OPPO PJH110 may be the brand’s most affordable 5G device yet

OPPO’s PJH110 is obviously just a placeholder for its real name, but one thing is for sure: it’s the brand cheapest 5G phone yet

A unidentified Oppo smartphone with the model number PHJ110 was approved by TENAA at the end of August. The listing for the phone has been updated with the crucial specifications approximately two months later—  the device will probably be OPPO’s cheapest 5G smartphone ever.

The next Oppo PHJ110 will feature a 6.56-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels (HD+) and 16.7 million colors, according to TENAA. Although it is not indicated, it might feature a refresh rate of at least 90Hz.

A 2.2GHz CPU-equipped chipset will power the smartphone. The CPU will be coupled with 128GB or 256GB of storage and 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

It’s interesting to note that the phone reportedly has a fingerprint sensor hidden beneath the display despite having an LCD screen. We think it might be a misprint, and the phone might actually have a fingerprint sensor positioned on the side.

The gadget will also have a MicroSD card slot (up to 1TB). On the back, it will include a dual camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary camera. It will sport an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

There will be a 4,880mAh battery powering it (rated). The average amount can be 5,000mAh. Last but not least, the smartphone would weigh 188 g and have dimensions of 163.8 x 75.1 x 8.0 mm.

Like all other low-cost phones from the brand, the Oppo PHJ110 will likely launch quietly in China, since it doesn’t need promotions to sell since it’s cheap already and that’s the phone’s strongest market advantage.
