OnePlus Nord N300 launched in the US

OnePlus’s new budget offering, the OnePlus Nord N300 is also the first phone of the BBK brand with MediaTek chipset in it

With a moniker like the OnePlus Nord N300 5G, which offers 5G connectivity for less than $300, OnePlus has introduced a new low-cost smartphone in the US market.

The smartphone boasts a flat-back design with two sizable slots for the rear cameras and a dual-flash module. It also has flat edges. It sports a 6.56-inch HD+ (1612 x 720 pixels) LCD panel up front with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset, built on a 6nm node, powers the smartphone. It has eight cores in all, with two of them running at 2.4GHz. The Mali-G57 MC2 GPU is also built into the SoC for enhanced graphics performance.

The processor is supplemented by 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Up to 1TB of additional memory can be added using a micro-SD card slot.

The gadget includes a 48MP main camera on the back and a 2MP depth sensor for lenses. There is a 16MP selfie sensor on the front. With a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging, it runs OxygenOS 13, which is based on Android 13.

The connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, USB Type-C, and NFC. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.

The OnePlus Nord N300 5G is available in Midnight Jade for $228 or ₱13,405 (converted) and will be available in the United States on November 3rd through T-Mobile and Metro. As for the real pricing and availability here in the Philippines, given the brand’s popularity here– it will be sure to release here in the future.
