Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra June Update Makes It Better

OTA updates were released for the Galaxy S22 Ultra promising improved software and security, but the most notable is the improved camera capabilities.

The update is a total of 1.7GB, so it may take a while to download if you’re on slower internet speeds. However, the update contains the following improvements:

One of the most annoying bugs Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra users have encountered is when the single take suddenly stops working.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra already has a set of impressive cameras, but the developers decided that contrast and sharpness need a little boost, so it’s one of the improvements included in the update.

While not all use their phones for black and white photography, one of the core improvements of the Galaxy S22 Ultra software updates is the AWB algorithm. Notable upgrades also include a better portrait mode and a better memory architecture for videos.

The updates should be available to users in Korea, however, some users in India and Germany haven’t received them yet. Users from the US report lagging from the latest firmware update.

The core improvements to the camera software were shared by a moderator on the Samsung community forums, who also goes by the name Ice Universe on Twitter.
