Apple’s carrier partners have sent emails to employees telling them not to take time off on Wednesday, September 13, due to a “major smartphone announcement.” This suggests that the iPhone 15 event will likely take place on that day.
Mark Gurman, a Bloomberg reporter who is well-informed about Apple’s plans, is also more inclined towards September 12. However, he points out that things can still change.
Apple’s event will be in a hybrid format, with some pre-recorded videos and some live presentations. There will be a live audience at Apple’s campus, and people will be able to try out the new iPhone 15 lineup.
