Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 has been leaking like crazy lately, ahead of their official unveiling, which is planned for the last week of July at a special event in Korea
According to a Twitter post by Paras Guglani, both the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 will be more expensive that their predecessors. Which can be quite bothersome for other enthusiasts.

Take note that last year’s Z Fold4 starting price is ₹114,000 while last year’s Z Flip4 starting price is ₹89,999. With this, we can surmise that the leaked prices are indeed higher than last year’s models.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 are rumored to have some impressive specs
The Fold 5 is expected to have a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2176 x 1812 pixels and a dynamic refresh rate that goes up to 120Hz. It will also have a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2316 x 904 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The Fold 5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, paired with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage. It will also have a 4400mAh battery, a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, a 4MP under-display camera, a 10MP selfie camera, and will run Android 13.
The Z Flip 5 is expected to have a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1080 pixels and a variable refresh rate of 1-120Hz. It will also have a 3.4-inch 748 x 720 secondary display. The Z Flip 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 265GB or 512GB of storage. It will also have a 12MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 10MP selfie camera, and will run Android 13.
Both phones are expected to be available in a variety of colors and will be water resistant. They are expected to be released in August 2023.
