The Energizer P28K lives up to its name, packing a massive 28,000mAh battery in a ruggedized body, ideal for users who prioritize extended battery life for demanding tasks or off-grid situations.
Alongside this powerhouse, Avenir introduced their first foldable phone, the Energizer Ultimate U660S. This clamshell foldable boasts a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a centered punch-hole camera when unfolded. It also features an additional external screen, though details about its size and resolution remain unknown.
While the design is intriguing, the U660S raises some questions with its specifications. Unlike most high-end foldables, it utilizes a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, typically found in budget smartphones, and only supports 4G connectivity. Despite being an Energizer product, the phone also surprisingly comes with a relatively small 3,400mAh battery.
However, the U660S stands out for its affordability. With a price tag of just €499(~₱30,357.66), it is one of the most budget-friendly foldable phone on the market. It’s important to note that this price point might not be sustainable in the long run, as other manufacturers could potentially introduce competitive options before its November release date.
