Nine Xiaomi devices will be receiving the much-awaited HyperOS upgrade next year.
If you didn’t know, Xiaomi has launched the HyperOS on Xiaomi 14, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The software is based on Android 14 and specifically designed to fully integrate every Xiaomi device in a single ecosystem, much like Huawei’s HarmonyOS.
The Xiaomi 14 series is the first to run HyperOS at launch and you’re probably curious when your device will get the upgrade. The good news is that HyperOS is coming to many more Xiaomi devices in the following months. The downside is only nine are known to be getting it, as per report.
A quick idea about HyperOS. It’s more streamlined and has a cleaner user interface, but it won’t terminate MIUI. What may happen is that HyperOS will be China-exclusive while MIUI 15 will be the global brand.
The first nine recipients of the HyperOS upgrade are as follows:
- Xiaomi 13: OS1.0.0.1.UMCMIXM
- Xiaomi 13 Pro: OS1.0.0.1.UMBMIXM
- Xiaomi 13 Ultra: OS1.0.0.7.UMACNXM, OS1.0.0.5.UMAEUXM, OS1.0.0.3.UMAMIXM

- Xiaomi 13T Pro: OS1.0.0.2.UMLEUXM, OS1.0.0.1.UMLMIXM
- Xiaomi MIX Fold 3: OS1.0.0.2.UMVCNXM
- Xiaomi Pad 6: OS1.0.0.4.UMZCNXM
- Xiaomi Pad 6 Max: OS1.0.0.12.UMZCNXM
The alphanumeric details after their names are the software versions. Of the list, six are smartphones, two are tablets, and one is a foldable handset.
If everything goes as planned, these devices will receive the HyperOS upgrade in the first quarter of 2024.
