GCash resumes their services after a downtime yesterday

Some folks should be able to use GCash services again!

GCash had to temporarily disable some features like Express Send, Instapay Bank Transfers, and others because they were having trouble with transactions. But don’t worry, they’re working hard to fix it so you can use GCash like usual. Your accounts and money are safe, so no need to fret.

If you still can’t access your GCash account, just hang tight. They’re doing their best to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. If you need help, you can visit the GCash Help Center at https://help.gcash.com/hc/en-us or chat with Gigi.

In the meantime, GCash has been working on beefing up their security to protect against cyberattacks and fraud. They claim to have saved a whopping 750,000 accounts and stopped over 4 million fraud accounts, taken down 800 phishing websites, and removed 45,000 malicious social media posts.

And there’s a new feature too! GCash will now send you notifications right in the app when you receive money. Cool, right?
