Infinix GT 20 Pro leaks: Dimensity 8200, 12+256GB storage, 45W charging, LED lights

The Infinix GT series is poised to welcome a new member – the Infinix GT 20 Pro. This anticipation stems from the device’s recent appearance on various certification platforms, including Geekbench, TUV, EEC, WiFi Alliance, and most recently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). These listings offer valuable insights into the upcoming smartphone’s specifications.

The FCC certification, specifically, sheds light on the memory configuration of the Infinix GT 20 Pro. MySmartPrice reports that a variant boasting 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage has been identified. This suggests that the phone will likely be available in multiple configurations to cater to diverse user needs.

Another key takeaway from the FCC listing is the confirmation of 45W fast charging support for the Infinix GT 20 Pro. This aligns with the growing trend of rapid battery replenishment in the smartphone landscape.

While the official design remains under wraps, the FCC certification hints at a triple-camera setup on the rear, mirroring its predecessor, the Infinix GT 10 Pro. There’s also speculation that the phone might adopt the eye-catching “Cyber Mecha Design” with integrated LED lights, reminiscent of the Nothing Phone (2).

Connectivity-wise, the Infinix GT 20 Pro appears well-equipped, boasting support for both 5G and Wi-Fi 6. These features ensure users can leverage the latest network technologies for seamless data transfer and online experiences.

Looking beyond the FCC findings, previous leaks on Geekbench suggest that the Infinix GT 20 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. Additionally, the same source indicates a likely 5000mAh battery capacity to fuel the device’s operations. Furthermore, speculations suggest the existence of an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant alongside the 12GB option revealed by the FCC.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification further strengthens the anticipation for an Indian launch of the Infinix GT 20 Pro. While an official announcement remains awaited, the phone’s imminent arrival seems increasingly likely. It’s worth noting that its predecessor, the Infinix GT 10 Pro, debuted in India last August.
